Privacy notice

This notice explains what Proven Pipeline does with the details you give us through this site. We have kept it short because there is not much to say.

What we collect

When you send the form on our contact page, we receive what you type into it: your first and last name, your work email, your company, your company website, your role and your message. If you write to us directly, we receive your email and whatever it contains. We collect nothing else from you.

Why we collect it

We use your details for one purpose: to answer your request. That might mean preparing your buyer map or replying to your question. We do not add you to a list, and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask for. If you reply "stop" at any point, we will not contact you again.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to twelve months in case you come back to the conversation, and then we delete them.

Who sees it

Your details are read by the people who answer your request. We do not sell them, rent them or trade them with anyone.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. We do not track what you read here. The only outside service the site calls is the one that supplies its typefaces.

Asking us to delete your details

You can ask us to delete everything we hold about you at any time. Write to chelsea.bell@provenpipeline.co, or send the request through our contact form. We will confirm once it is done.
